Water tower back in service; supervisors approve temporary auditor posting

Water/wastewater official reported the countys large tower was returned to service, filled on Wednesday, and placed back in operation last Thursday; staff also reported ongoing preventive maintenance on pumps and impellers. "The big tower's back up and running again, and they're back, filled last Thursday," the official said.
During department reports, Chair noted Jackie sent an email to post a part-time auditors office position for temporary coverage and supervisors moved, seconded and approved the temporary posting by voice vote. The board recorded the action and directed staff to proceed with recruitment.
