The board approved a work order submitted by Ron Davidson to replace a rusted 15-inch pipe on drainage ditch DD 11 Main F after Chair asked for a motion; the motion passed by voice vote.
Secondary Roads official told supervisors that shared ditch assessments with Mitchell County have produced inconsistent percentages for districts (cited: 80/84/85) and that Mitchell County, which holds the majority of the main tile, appears to bear most assessment responsibility. "They're working through that just so you guys know," he said, and said he is coordinating with Mitchell Countys auditor to locate errors and reconcile the assessment schedule.
