PCM Vandertoolen moved and PCM Ahlstrom seconded a recommendation to approve the land use permit with the stated conditions; the roll-call vote was unanimous.
The Town clerk’s site-review form included a note that setbacks and the lighting ordinance must be met and that the maximum roof height be resubmitted if needed. The commission’s recommendation will be forwarded to the Town Council and building-official review for final permitting steps.
