Commission approves multiple accessory-building permits and pavilion replacement

During routine business the commission approved multiple land use permits for accessory structures and a pavilion replacement. Approved items included a pavilion replacement at 6820 E 200 S for Jana Watts, an accessory building for James McKay at 525 S 7500 E (parcel #210270023), an accessory building for Mr. Wilson at 112 S 7000 E (parcel #240160009), a Thorne home addition at 125 N 6800 E (parcel #240170013), a Taylor accessory building at 137 S 7700 E (parcel #240130005), and a porch extension for Frei at 160 S 6900 E. Commissioners reviewed setbacks, septic/leach-field placement when raised by liaison or neighbors, and recorded unanimous approval votes on these items.
