Huntsville’s Planning Commission recommended approval on Aug. 26 of a boundary-line adjustment between Richard G. Courtney and Adam C. Osthed that alters the boundaries of parcels shown as 240140047 and 240140051/240140052.
Applicants presented survey documents and legal descriptions. Chairman Allen Endicott moved to recommend approval and Commissioner Poulter seconded; the commission voted unanimously in favor. The staff packet notes the Courtney parcel will change from approximately 1.0 acre to 1.12 acres and the Osthed parcel to approximately 2.63 acres after adjustments.
The recommendation will be forwarded to the Town Council, and the boundary change must be completed by recording revised deed descriptions with the county recorder if council action is favorable.
