Councilmembers highlight youth outreach, Kingston Park progress and summer events

Council Vice President Michele Golkow noted appointments to the Recreation Commission and Zoning Board and encouraged attendance at historical-commission events commemorating the Ben Franklin Bridge centennial and a Garden State Park Racetrack exhibit at the public library.
