Planning Commission recommends approval of lot consolidation for Ski Town Venture (Hyde family)
Summary

Applicants associated with Ski Town Venture (the Hydes) requested consolidation of three parcels (24-011-0045, 24-011-0043 and 24-011-0041) so existing buildings would no longer encroach across lot lines. Dakota, present on behalf of the Hydes, reviewed the proposed consolidation and said the change would resolve encroachment issues.
PCM Liz Poulter moved and PCM Jeff Larsen seconded a recommendation for approval to the Town Council; the motion carried unanimously. The Planning Commission’s recommendation means the Town Council will consider and (if it approves) the applicants will record deeds to accomplish the consolidation in the County Recorder’s office.
