Committee approves Administration Center door replacements; chair signs two waivers for repairs

Chairperson signed two waivers: Waiver 2026-02-12-01 to Crown Lift Trucks for an overhead door repair (Community Development) in the amount $7,206 and Waiver 2026-02-12-02 to RW Lapine for Goodman furnace and condensing units at Building #2 in the amount $25,529 (the minutes show a budget line of $0.00 for that item). The committee also directed that communications be provided if departments seek to award to a bidder other than the lowest responsible bidder.
