The Planning Commission reviewed a published 2026 meeting schedule and discussed administrative updates at its Dec. 11 meeting. The posted schedule (Attachment) shows the Town Council will meet on the first and third Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. and the Planning Commission will meet on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.; the notice was published Dec. 15, 2025.
TC Liaison Sandy Hunter reported that the Town Council is passing a new written procedure and policy regarding comments at public meetings, which will guide how public-comment time is handled going forward. There were no public comments at the Dec. 11 meeting. Chairman Endicott closed the meeting and Commissioner Brent Ahlstrom moved to adjourn, with the motion passing by acclamation at 8:08 p.m.
The schedule and notice include instructions for accommodations and a Zoom link on the town website; the clerk indicated individual meeting notices will continue to be posted in accordance with state open‑meeting law.
