At its Oct. 23 meeting the Planning Commission approved a land-use permit for Ogden Valley Sauna (Huntsville Town Parcel #240140039) including a concrete pad and portable sauna building, and separately approved a signage permit conditioned on the final sign concept being submitted to the commission.
Applicants Cindi and Zachary Grant (participating online) and business partner Kaitlyn provided an overview. Kaitlyn told the commission the signage would be lit to dark-sky standards. The vote to approve the sauna permit recorded Commissioner Poulter as recused; the sign permit also carried the recusal and a condition that the final sign concept be supplied to the commission before fabrication.
