Commission approves Sage subdivision home addition pending lot consolidation

The Planning Commission voted to approve a Land Use Permit for a home addition at 322 S 7900 E (Sage subdivision) on Oct. 23, subject to final lot-consolidation recording. Lots 4 and 5 were consolidated by Town Council and the town engineer is working with the developer on final plat details.
PCM Suzanne Ferre moved to approve the permit and PCM John Henderson seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The permit will not be valid or issued until the final recording of the consolidated lots, as noted on the permit form.
