On Oct. 23 the Huntsville Town Planning Commission approved Land Use Permit 2025-0078 for an accessory building at 378 N 6900 E (Parcel #200100047) after a motion by Commissioner Jeff Larsen and a second by Chairman Allen Endicott. The motion passed unanimously.
Commissioners questioned the absence of a maximum height on the submitted plans; Chairman Endicott noted the town’s 35-foot height limit and requested that the builder add a listed maximum height and site coverage calculations to the plans prior to submitting for a building permit. The permit form in the packet also records the requirement that coverage calculations be provided on new plan submittals.
