County staff and health-system financial advisers advised the Court of HHSC timelines and submission requirements; the Court approved transfer amounts up to available LPPF balances and directed staff to enter the IGTs into TexNet per the State schedule.
The packet included an itemized FY26 GME second-half request and a timeline for the UC DY13 Interim Redistribution IGT. The Court’s approval authorized county officers to enter the IGT amounts into TexNet and to complete required trace and allocation forms for HHSC submission.
