At the May 7 meeting the Salem Township Planning Commission recorded the following formal recommendations and procedural actions (vote counts shown are Planning Commission recommendations to the Board of Supervisors):
- April 2, 2025 minutes: Motion to approve (Durco/Holleran) — Passed unanimously (3-0). - Koontz lot-line revision: Recommend final approval subject to required plan edits and waivers (Holleran/Durco) — Passed unanimously (3-0). - Dunaway subdivision (Parcel 2): Recommend final approval subject to labeling, setback and easement note revisions and a Non-Buildable Waiver (Holleran/Durco) — Passed unanimously (3-0). - Penn Home & Farm LLC side-lot/vacation request: Motion to table pending formal petition to vacate unopened 50' right-of-way and time waiver (Durco/Holleran) — Passed unanimously (3-0). - Zundel lot split (Lot 101): Recommend final approval subject to County preservation signature, Planning Module, and other SALDO conditions (Holleran/Durco) — Passed unanimously (3-0). - ITEAM Forward consolidation: Motion to table pending corrected test-pit locations, Planning Module, and multiple plan corrections (Holleran/Durco) — Passed unanimously (3-0). - Tuttle side-lot: Recommend final approval subject to setback modification, owner certification update, Non-Buildable Waiver, and revision date (Holleran/Durco) — Passed unanimously (3-0). - Cherry Hills (Salem Estates): Motion to table pending Private Road Agreement, FTMSA/DEP and MAWC verifications, stormwater and covenant documentation, and modification requests (Holleran/Durco) — Passed unanimously (3-0).
