Cherry Hills Salem Estates plan remains tabled amid outstanding items including private road agreement

Cherry Hills LP returned to the Commission May 7 with revisions to the Salem Estates Subdivision (three lots totaling 4.85 acres) that had been tabled on April 2. Commissioners reviewed a checklist of outstanding compliance items including: addition of a Statement of Purpose; correct developer name and deed references; darker perimeter lot lines; a required modification request for Lot 2 road frontage if under 125 feet; clear labeling of the Limits of Stormwater Management Area and submission of maintenance agreements or restrictive covenants tied to DCM Real Estate Partnership/CVM Group Inc.; and a Private Road Agreement for maintenance of Brush Run Road, which remains outstanding and is a condition of final approval.
Additional items the Commission required before recommendation included FTMSA/DEP verification for public sanitary sewer and MAWC verification for public water, a Planning time waiver (applicant agreeable), removal or rewording of inconsistent plan notes and certifications, and revised notes reflecting any granted modifications. Applicant representatives George Saad and Mark Nikouli were present; the Commission voted unanimously to table the plan until the outstanding items are resolved.
