Dan Irvin of Morris Knowles & Associates presented the Westmoreland County Food Bank’s final land-development plan for a building addition and expanded parking. The Commission reviewed conditions carried forward from a December 18, 2024 supervisors meeting: ensure parking counts on the plan match the Parking Information Table, consider a recommended modification to reduce existing parking stall length and drive-aisle width, remove the Recorder's Certification from the preliminary plan (noting it will not be recorded), secure WCD erosion and sediment control approval, and add a revision number and date to the plan. The Township Engineer had approved the stormwater plan and FTMSA advised no planning module or additional tap purchase was necessary for the expansion.
Solicitor Gary Falatovich said final approval could be recommended before the operation and maintenance agreement is signed but that the agreement must be signed before the plan is recorded. The Commission voted unanimously to recommend final approval subject to the stated conditions (motion by Paul Holleran, seconded by John Durco).
