Supervisors approve lot consolidations and set conditions for multiple subdivision plans; SALDO hearing set

Salem Township supervisors approved multiple lot revision and consolidation requests subject to technical corrections and required waivers. Approvals included a conditional consolidation of parcels associated with George Jobe and requirements that the Statement of Purpose, easement language, Form B waivers, non‑building nomenclature and a revision number/date be added to plans before final recording.
The Board also acted on a Thatcher/Paulisick consolidation and required showing of an existing well and public water/sewage locations on the plan as part of the approval conditions. In addition, supervisors authorized advertising a public hearing on proposed SALDO (Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance) amendments for March 20, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
