Salem Township Planning Commission members reviewed a proposal from Robert M. and Carol B. Paulisick to consolidate a portion of Lot 1R with Lot 2 of the Thatcher Plan of Lots and voted to recommend approval subject to conditions. The commission requested that the parcel labels retain original Thatcher lot numbers, that the area to be conveyed be labeled "Lot 2A," and that the common boundary line be made more pronounced on the plan. The motion to recommend approval, made by Paul Holleran and seconded by John Durco, passed unanimously.
Surveyor Eric of Morris Knowles, Inc. represented the plan in place of the listed surveyor and was asked to show the private driveway access to the Thatcher parcel and to depict the public water line and sewage facilities servicing the Paulisick parcel. The commission required a Form B Non-Building/Side Lot Addition Waiver, non-buildable nomenclature on the plan, and a revision number and date before final acceptance.
