The Salem Township Planning Commission voted Feb. 5 to recommend conditional approval of George Jobe’s lot-line revision and consolidation, subject to specific plan revisions. The commission required the Statement of Purpose to describe Parcel A (4.760 acres) and Parcel B (8.270 acres), a permanent 40-foot right-of-way and easement for ingress/egress to Lot 3R depicted on the plan, signed Form B waivers for two side-lot additions, and a revision number and date on the plan. The motion to recommend approval was made by Paul Holleran and seconded by John Durco; commissioners voted unanimously to recommend approval to the Supervisors.
The commission recorded the precise easement language to be added to sheet notes, specifying that the easement “is intended to burden Lot 2R (Tax Map Parcel No. 57-18-00-0-178) and benefit Lot 3R (Tax Map Parcel No. 57-18-00-0-190).” Surveyor Ryan Jones and agent Lisa Jobe were present for the discussion. The commission conditioned recording of the mylar on receipt of any required highway occupancy permit documentation and the listed plan revisions.
