The motion to table was made by John Durco and seconded by Paul Holleran; Durco, Holleran and Chair Connie Mattei voted in favor.
Chair Connie Mattei said the prior minutes were detailed and required additional time for consideration before formal approval. The commission did not set a new date for the minutes' approval; commissioners deferred the item pending further review and any necessary corrections.
