The Salem Township Board of Supervisors voted Jan. 15 to approve the minutes of its Dec. 18, 2023 and Jan. 6, 2025 meetings and to pay monthly invoices totaling $93,379.04. The board recorded line‑item totals: General Fund $43,516.53; Payroll $43,193.85; Fire Protection $3,039.75; Sewage $1,533.50; Liquid Fuels $223.50; Park Initiative $1,007.00; Street Lights $144.91; Special Projects $720.00.
Supervisors also renewed Regola Consulting LLC’s monthly retainer at $2,500 and approved the 2025 Recreation Board meeting schedule (meetings to be held in the Township Municipal Building). All motions noted disclosures on routine business dealings where applicable and passed by unanimous votes of Supervisors Bob Zundel, Ken Trumbetta and Kerry Jobe. The board set its next regular meeting for Feb. 19, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
