The Wagoner Metropolitan Area Planning Commission met at 6:02 p.m. Feb. 24, 2026, at the Wagoner Civic Center. Chair Reich presided; Vice Chair Maier and the Self – Ex officio member were recorded absent. The commission approved a series of subdivision and plat applications, and denied two combined zoning/subdivision requests.
Commissioners approved items including SUBD-13-2026 (Yancy Joel Kinsch and Sheila Gean Kinsch at 37525 E. 71st St. S., Broken Arrow), SUBD-15-2026 (Arnetta Cotton, 69633 S. 220th Rd., Wagoner), SUBD-16-2026 (Armando Ambriz, Coweta), ZNE-72-2025 (Yolanda Cade, Coweta), ZNE-03-2026/SUBD-07-2026 (John Gregory, Porter) and the final plat for Wildcat Acres (NW corner of E. 31st St. S. & S. 273rd E. Ave., Catoosa). A combined zoning/subdivision request and a zoning map amendment were denied for Morgan Davis LLC (ZNE-88-2025, 41562 E. 181st St. S., Porter) and for Dennis Akhramenko (ZNE-01-2026 and SUBD-01-2026, 27711 E. 77th St. S., Broken Arrow).
