During miscellaneous remarks at the Jan. 20 meeting, Commissioner Mike Beausoleil announced he is scheduled for surgery in two weeks and expects a six- to eight-week recovery period during which he will not attend Commission meetings.
Beausoleil told fellow commissioners, "I am going to be out of commission for six to eight weeks, so I won't be attending meetings for at least six weeks." Chair Kevin Hart asked a clarifying question about his attendance at the next meeting and Beausoleil confirmed he will be present for the following meeting but absent thereafter. The Commission recorded the announcement; no formal action was taken.
