Housing authority reports $1.48 million in savings and lower delinquencies

Secretary Kaitlin Leary presented the December financial statements, reporting combined PHA savings and investments of $1,482,895.71, including $1,256,063.38 in an ICS Sweep Account and $200,000 in the Money Market. She said checking at First Montana held $26,832.33 and delinquent accounts for PHA totaled $4,121.34, down from $12,496.32 a year earlier.
For the Pintlar Apartments Leary reported a General Fund balance of $157,447.31 (which includes a siding and windows loan), combined savings and checking of $176,796.16, and delinquent accounts totaling $160.29 (down from $593.00 the prior year). The board reviewed the statements; no adjustments were recorded in the minutes.
