Anaconda housing board approves January vouchers, flags RAD-related legal and plumbing costs

The Housing Authority Board voted unanimously to approve the January PHA and Pintlar vouchers after the Assistant Director reviewed the month's extraordinary expenditures. Assistant Director Paul Fenchak cited RAD-related items including the RAD Incentive Compensation Plan payments to staff and a required insurance payment for Pintlar. He also noted a payment to Saltenberger Plumbing for valve repair and replacement at P.J. Hagan Manor and legal costs to Browning, Kaleczyc, Berry & Hoven for help with a Legal Aid policy dispute.
"For Pintlar, there was an additional payment to Nationwide for an added crime insurance policy, as required by RAD," Fenchak said. Commissioner K. Vauthier moved approval and Commissioner Bjornemo seconded; Chair A. Vauthier declared the motion carried unanimously following roll call.
