Separately, the board denied Resolution #2026-032 (ZNE-88-2025), an appeal zoning-map amendment request by Morgan Davis LLC for property at 41562 E. 181st St. S., Porter. The denial was made by motion of Commissioner Kelley and recorded as passing unanimously. The minutes do not include staff reports, public hearing testimony, or the rationale for the denial beyond the recorded motion and vote.
