Commissioner James Hanning named to City of Tulsa Local Development Act review committee

Commissioner Tim Kelley moved for the appointment and Commissioner Randy Stamps seconded; the motion passed with Hanning, Stamps and Kelley voting aye.
The committee appointment gives Wagoner County a seat in reviewing proposed local development (TIF) districts that could affect infrastructure and growth near the county boundary. No additional funding or county obligations were recorded as part of the appointment at the March 2 meeting. The board did not discuss a timeline or further conditions for Hanning’s participation during the hearing.
