"I need approval to move forward with the 6 who will be turned over to the attorney for tax collection," Avison said during the meeting.
Member Beth Grant moved to approve the referral; Julie Isaacs seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The board did not record individual vote tallies. The action is administrative collection — not a foreclosure notice — and Avison did not present additional details about individual accounts at the meeting.
