Winhall clarifies RFP attachments, amendment contacts and submission deadlines for culvert and paving bids

All RFPs share a common submissions process: proposals are due no later than 1:00 PM on Monday, June 1, 2026 and must be emailed to townadmin@winhall.org. The RFPs state that contractors are responsible for securing any required State or Federal permits or obtaining written confirmations that permits are not required. The Town reserves the right to reject proposals that are late or incomplete.
