Plan Commission approves minutes, forwards rezoning recommendation and adjourns

The Ottawa Plan Commission approved the minutes from its prior meeting after a motion by Commissioner Mangold and a second by Commissioner Ruiz; the vote was recorded as Ayes: Stone, Ruiz, Mangold, Hughes.
Later in the May 26 meeting the commission voted 4-0 to recommend that the City Council approve rezoning 1780 N. 2753rd Road from D (Office, Research, Light Industrial) to R (Rural). Commissioner Hughes moved to recommend approval; Commissioner Mangold seconded. The meeting was then adjourned on a motion by Commissioner Ruiz at 6:12 p.m.
