Pope said the property has been in the Hundley family for decades and that the remaining roughly 31.4 acres would continue in agricultural use with no new improvements planned.
Commissioners sought clarification on whether the homes shared well or septic systems and were told they likely share a well but the sanitary arrangement was not certain. Eric Green moved to approve the split under existing zoning provisions; John Grieshop Jr. seconded and the commission approved the motion by roll call.
