At its May 5 meeting the Alpine City Planning Commission recorded the following formal actions:
1) Motion to recommend approval of the Alpine Fire Station site plan (addition and remodel) with conditions: moved by Greg Butterfield; seconded by John McKay. Conditions: align exteriors with small-area/gateway guidance (no full faux wood; maximize brick), require a landscape plan before installation, approve a parking setback exception under city code 324060. Vote: motion carried unanimously.
2) Motion to table approval of the March 31 planning commission minutes until missing packet materials and a consolidated summary of previously tabled small-area plan recommendations can be included: moved by John McKay; seconded by Troy Slade. Vote: carried.
3) Motion to adjourn: moved by John McKay; seconded by Michelle Shermer. Vote: carried; meeting adjourned.
