Rafael San Miguel responded that the rollback to the 6.6885 rate would represent roughly a $6.6 million revenue hit and that rolling to 6.9 had been discussed as a $2.6 million reduction in previous meetings. The commission agreed to meet with staff one‑on‑one and return with specifics at the second reading.
