Margate commission approves consent items and names new board members

Later in the meeting the commission approved a slate of five appointments to the Board of Adjustment (Candy Harris; Bradley Uribe; Joe Brando; Diana [last name transcribed variably]; Fred Borden) for terms commencing 03/19/2026 through 03/17/2027. The commission also named members to the Planning & Zoning board (including Elsa Sanchez, Joseph Eppi and Richard Zucchini) with appointments announced and ratified by roll call.
City Attorney David Tulsa read the titles of the resolutions into the record before the votes. The commission adjourned following the appointments.
