At its Feb. 18 meeting the Winhall Select Board approved payment of warrants and accepted past minutes.
After review of invoices and the Pay Order Report #93355, Board member Stacy Eddy‑Gordon moved and Elizabeth Grant seconded approval of warrants totaling $125,231.62; the motion passed unanimously. Grant subsequently moved to approve the minutes of Feb. 4, 2026; Eddy‑Gordon seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
In other administrative business the Board discussed problems with delivery of the Town Report; Elizabeth Grant said many books arrived damaged and suggested using a UPS delivery to Town Hall for a controlled handoff to the Bondville Post Office in future. Teresa Ameden raised the idea of reconsidering a two‑payment tax collection system to ease taxpayer burden; Grant warned that it could add administrative cost and difficulty and suggested consulting the town treasurer (Deb Avison) before pursuing the idea further.
The meeting adjourned at 8:02 PM following the day’s business.
