The Rogers County Board voted to let bids 2026-38 (HMHL, HMCL & liquid asphalt) and 2026-39 (asphalt paving services) for the April 1–June 30, 2026 contract period. Commissioner Dan DeLozier moved to let both bids; votes were unanimous.
Separately, because no qualified bids were received for Bid 2025-28 (Rogers County Facility Maintenance Building Expansion—storefront door and windows), the board authorized awarding the work based on phone quotes pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 61, §§ 103(C) and 119.1. The item was presented by Commissioner Burrows; the motion to approve the award on that basis carried unanimously. The minutes do not list the vendor chosen in the phone-quote award or the contract amount.
