Commissioners pull Blueprints for Addiction Recovery contract from evening agenda pending community concerns

"Blueprints is aware of the concerns and the negative publicity it is receiving, and is addressing it," Acting Director Nicole Snyder said when presenting new and renewal contracts. Commissioner Joshua G. Parsons said members of the public had raised concerns to City Council and that the Board has a responsibility "to ensure that the partners they are funding are good partners."
Reporter Tom Lisi asked what questions the Board wants answered; Parsons said he wants to hear what Blueprints is doing to mitigate complaints from its neighbors.
