During closing business on Feb. 3, county staff reported an upcoming warm spell that could affect township roads and driveways and reminded the commission about calendar changes. "Temperatures are gonna be all above freezing, so...they're talking up to 50 degrees in the next 10 days," Staff member (voice 6) said, advising caution for township roads.
Staff confirmed the March meeting will be held on a Thursday and start at 7:00 p.m. Planning staff also said they have gathered measurements from other counties on lake park setback practices and plan to discuss those findings at a future meeting to consider possible adjustments for older versus newer lots.
