Margate CRA accepts independent auditors' report for FY2025

The CRA voted unanimously to accept the independent auditors' financial report for the fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2025; the board approved the minutes from March 11, 2026 as well.
The board approved routine housekeeping items early in the April 8 meeting, including acceptance of the CRA's independent auditors' financial report for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2025. A board member moved to approve and the motion received a second; the clerk called roll and each member recorded a "yes" vote.
"I'll move to approve," a board member said when the resolution was presented, and the subsequent roll-call vote recorded all members in favor. The board also approved the March 11, 2026 meeting minutes by roll call.
