CRA approves small Margate Boulevard change orders; staff announces plaza repairs and coordinator retirement

In staff reports, the CRA executive director said the CRA is scheduling resealing and structural and cosmetic repairs at Chevy Chase Plaza, and that the church property discussed previously had received a certificate of occupancy with keys expected to return to the CRA at month’s end. Rita Rohde, the CRA coordinator who has worked with the agency nearly 20 years, announced she will retire at the end of the month; commissioners thanked her for her service.
