Garrington elected chair as Winter Harbor Selectmen approve routine financial items

The Winter Harbor Selectmen convened July 14 at 6:00 p.m. and elected G. Harrington as board chair after R. Hemenway moved the nomination; the motion passed 2-0. The board then approved previous meeting minutes for June 30 and June 18 and accepted Warrants #1 (dated July 10, 2025) and #3 (dated July 11, 2025).
Selectmen also voted to approve the Treasurer's Report dated July 11, 2025. Meeting minutes record approvals with standard roll-call results (reported as 3-0 for several routine items). The meeting was called to order by Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned at 7:31 p.m.
