Council adopts floodplain management changes to align with FEMA maps

Council member Hunter moved to adopt the Floodplain Management ordinance (Chapter 15.16). Council discussed ensuring required family‑impact language per SB 232 was read into the record; the motion passed unanimously among the three members present.
