During discussion of submission logistics, Bill Blais proposed that RFQ submissions be distributed electronically to committee members in advance of meetings, with the understanding that submissions arriving on the day of a meeting could be reviewed during the session.
The committee agreed on a 20-page submission limit and clarified there is no requirement to print physical copies unless a respondent specifically requests them. Members also outlined expectations that early electronic submissions would be reviewed before meetings when possible.
