Program Manager Mark Leiferman presented STIP REV 26-011 to split two reconstruction projects (US16/Promise Rd and US16/US16B intersection work) into three separate projects staged from FY2026 through FY2031. The revision updated fiscal year programming and moved elements across years, producing a FY2026 increase of $25,044,000 (original FY2026 $9,287,000; updated $34,331,000).
Commissioner Rosenboom moved to approve STIP REV 26-011, Commissioner Frick seconded, and the Commission approved the revision by roll call vote. Leiferman also presented REV 26-010 (a FY2026 -$312,000 deletion for concrete pavement grinding) which the Commission approved in the same agenda block.
