Kendall County Commissioners on April 28 approved the consent agenda (items a–o) covering routine business: approval of minutes, March fee office reports, a 3% disposal haul-rate increase for Alamo Disposal LLC effective May 1, 2026, renewals of service agreements with local nonprofits (including Hill Country Family Services, Hill Country Crisis Council, KC Child Services Board, Rainbow Senior Center and Kendall County Women’s Shelter), an amending plat for Pleasant Valley Business Park, and release of financial guarantees for High Garden Phase I and II. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Commissioner Richard Chapman and seconded by Commissioner Chad Carpenter and carried 5-0.
