During its April 28 meeting, the Kendall County Commissioners Court approved multiple contract and agreement items. The court approved the LESO (Law Enforcement Support) annual renewal application for the Sheriff's Office (motion by County Judge Shane Stolarczyk, 5-0), approved the Kendall County EMS First Responder Organization Affiliation Agreement with Sisterdale Volunteer Fire Department for FY26 (effective April 1–Sept. 30, 2026) with potential renewals, and approved a HIPAA Business Agreement with Jeffery Fincke (effective Oct. 1, 2025–Sept. 30, 2026). These and other contract items were recorded in the minutes with motions and 5-0 votes where noted.
The minutes list attached documents for each contract or renewal, and Len White is recorded as speaking during a later agenda item related to emergency services. For full contract language and performance terms, the minutes reference attached agreements and staff materials rather than printing full text in the meeting record.
