The court also approved the consent agenda, which included approval of minutes for April special and regular meetings, amendments to the FY2026 budget through routine adjustments, acceptance of the April donations list per Local Government Code 81.032, and presentation of the sales tax report. Commissioner Richard Chapman moved to approve the consent items and Commissioner Chad Carpenter seconded; the court voted 5-0 to adopt the consent agenda.
