After closed session, county rejects Oak Ridge counteroffer and approves Thomas Road offer

A motion was made and approved 4-0 to reject the counteroffer for Parcel 3 of the Oak Ridge Drive project at 16613 North Oak Ridge Drive in Hudson Oaks, Texas. Separately, the court approved a counteroffer for Parcel 1 of the Thomas Road project at 1414 Thomas Road in Springtown, Texas; that motion also carried 4-0.
Both items were discussed in closed session under attorney consultation provisions of the Texas Government Code and were brought back to open session with recorded motions and unanimous votes. The court did not identify dollar amounts of the offers on the record during the open-session votes.
