NETCOG to fund $103,000 right-of-way acquisition for Old Weatherford Road

Parker County staff presented a request to purchase remaining right-of-way and easements for the Old Weatherford Road project and said acquisition payments total $103,000. Morgan McElwain (Reese and Nichols) told the court the acquisition payments total $103,000 and confirmed NETCOG will pay the acquisition costs.
"This is just to purchase the remaining right of way and easements for Old Weatherford Road... that total is 103,000," Morgan McElwain said. When a commissioner asked who will pay, staff replied, "NETCOG is paying for that." The court moved and approved the request to purchase the remaining right of way and easements.
