At the start of the June 22 meeting the Commission approved the minutes from its June 15, 2026 meeting. Later, the Commission agreed by consensus to hold a final meeting on June 29, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. to approve the Final Report and to recess during July after completion of the report.
Commissioner Cindy Perdue-Dolan requested that a representative from the County Attorney’s Office attend the June 29 meeting and that staff provide copies of all correspondence between the Study Commission (or County Attorney) and the Secretary of State and Dan Clark about the fire ballot questions. The Commission agreed to seek those documents and to request County Attorney attendance.
